Performance Marketing Intern (Female)

Hiring Performance Marketing Intern (Female only) who is interested in paid advertising and data-driven marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in setting up and managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns

• Monitor ad performance, budgets, and conversions

• Support ad creative testing and basic copy experiments

• Help analyse campaign data and performance trends

• Prepare basic performance reports and insights

• Coordinate with the internal team for campaign optimisation

Compensation Structure:

• Monthly stipend provided (₹8,000 – ₹12,000)

• Salary revision after 3 months based on performance
