Any services requested outside the agreed scope may require additional charges and timeline adjustments.

No Guarantee Clause

Digital marketing outcomes depend on several external factors such as market conditions, competition, algorithm changes, and client participation. Therefore, WNTBCS does not guarantee rankings, traffic, leads, sales, or revenue.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Sharing required access to platforms and tools

• Timely communication and feedback

Delays caused due to lack of client input may affect timelines and performance.

Intellectual Property

All content, strategies, creatives, and materials developed by WNTBCS remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
