WNTBCS follows a clear and transparent refund and cancellation policy to maintain trust and fairness.

Refund Policy

Payments made for digital marketing services are generally non-refundable once work has commenced. This is due to the immediate allocation of time, tools, planning, and resources.

Refunds, if any, are considered only in rare and exceptional situations and are subject to internal review and approval by WNTBCS.

Non-Refundable Costs

The following are strictly non-refundable:

• Advertising spend (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)

• Third-party tools and subscriptions

• Setup, onboarding, or consultation fees

WNTBCS reserves the right to refuse refunds if policy terms are violated.
